The venue had no existing audience and only six weeks to build awareness. The campaign needed to generate bookings while establishing a premium brand that still felt approachable.

Turning a local opening into the table everyone wanted
We built a distinctive social identity and launch campaign designed to create anticipation before the doors opened. Every asset was planned for mobile-first discovery and fast recognition in a crowded local market.
We combined cinematic food photography with fast-paced Reels and creator previews. Paid campaigns retargeted video viewers with booking-led creative during the final two weeks.
02
Results that matter
The launch generated immediate demand without relying on discounting. Strong organic saves and shares also reduced the cost of paid retargeting throughout the campaign.
Front Row understood the atmosphere we wanted before we could properly explain it. The campaign made us look established from day one and the bookings followed.
Content built for discovery
The opening content focused on sensory details: movement in the kitchen, signature dishes and the energy of a busy service. Vertical edits were created for Instagram Reels and TikTok with platform-specific opening hooks.

From attention to bookings
Retargeting separated engaged video viewers from warm website visitors. Each audience received a different message and landing-page route based on intent.

A launch designed to last
The project created a reusable visual system and content library the internal team could continue using after launch month.
