This website explains our services and provides examples of our work. Sending an enquiry or requesting a free audit does not itself create a paid services contract or reserve an appointment. We will discuss the request with you before agreeing any work.
The scope, deliverables, fees, payment dates, timescales, approvals, cancellation arrangements and ownership or licensing of commissioned work should be set out in a separate written proposal or agreement. These website terms do not replace that agreement or impose a minimum contract term.
Case studies describe particular projects with their own circumstances, budgets and time periods. They are examples of previous work, not a promise of the same results for another business. Advertising platforms, customer behaviour and other factors outside our control can affect outcomes.
