Tyreshack and Autoshack: 160 Leads in the First Month

Connected websites · Lead dashboard · Local ads · SEO

Project overview

The story at a glance

Two connected websites, a structured lead form and local advertising increased tracked monthly enquiries from 45 to 160, with 80 paying jobs recorded.

Tyreshack and Autoshack serve motorists in Southampton and the Millbrook area. The businesses share a site and reputation, but their online presence did not make the relationship clear. Front Row Social rebuilt both websites around a shared visual system and a structured lead process that the reception team could track.

Connecting two established garage brands around one lead system

Tyreshack and Autoshack serve motorists in Southampton and the Millbrook area. The businesses share a site and reputation, but their online presence did not make the relationship clear.

Front Row Social rebuilt both websites around a shared visual system and a structured lead process that the reception team could track.

The challenge

Tyreshack’s site was around ten years old and Autoshack’s site had been poorly built. Thin pages, unclear calls to action and a high bounce rate made it difficult for customers to take the next step.

Enquiries arrived through email, mixed with spam and could remain unanswered for days. Previous reporting showed about 45 inbound leads per month across both sites.

Our approach

Each website now uses consistent branding, detailed service content and clear mobile calls to action. A stepped form captures the required work, vehicle registration and customer details before explaining whether the customer can walk in or should request a callback.

Every lead enters a shared dashboard with statuses, prices and reminders. The team also filmed five localised adverts using area call-outs and social proof about the garage’s established customer base.

The first month produced 160 tracked enquiries compared with the previous reported average of 45. Staff recorded 80 of those enquiries as paying jobs, a 50% conversion rate.

The new reminders and team process reduced the typical working-day response time to under two hours. Revenue tracking is still being refined, so no revenue figure is claimed.

One visual family, two specialist sites

Tyreshack and Autoshack retain their own services while using a connected design system that makes the relationship between the businesses clear.

Daily lead views, status tracking and reminders give staff a practical list of enquiries that still need a response.

The takeaway

Better traffic and a better response process

The increase came from both sides of the journey: stronger websites and local campaigns generated more enquiries, while the dashboard helped the team respond before the opportunity went cold.
