First Years First Aid: Selling Out Two Local Courses

Website rebuild · Stepped lead form · Local campaign

Project overview

The story at a glance

A mobile-first website, stepped enquiry form and local Facebook campaign filled two early first-aid training sessions to capacity.

First Years First Aid was a new local training company preparing to run emergency first aid at work courses. Front Row Social rebuilt the website, created a clearer enquiry route and tested local Facebook advertising around the first sessions.

A focused launch that reached capacity

First Years First Aid was a new local training company preparing to run emergency first aid at work courses.

Front Row Social rebuilt the website, created a clearer enquiry route and tested local Facebook advertising around the first sessions.

The challenge

The owners had created an initial WordPress website themselves, but the customer journey needed to explain the training and capture useful booking information on mobile.

As a new company, the campaign also needed to establish awareness without wasting a limited budget.

Our approach

The site moved to a more cost-effective WordPress setup and was rebuilt around education and conversion. A stepped form asks what training is required and how many people need to attend.

Custom landing pages supported the Facebook campaigns and gave mobile and desktop visitors a simple route to enquire.

Results that matter

The test campaign filled two of the company’s first course sessions. The client asked for the ads to be switched off because no further capacity remained.

The result provides a clear proof of concept for future course launches, with budget and lead volume able to scale alongside available dates.

A form that qualifies the enquiry

The stepped journey collects course type and attendee numbers before passing the lead to the team.

Dedicated pages for local sessions

Campaign traffic landed on focused pages designed for quick mobile decisions rather than a generic homepage.

The takeaway

A campaign limited by capacity, not demand

The project created a reusable website, form and landing-page structure that can support future first-aid courses as new dates are released.
